Return Policy

We hope you won’t need this information, but as things sometimes go wrong, here’s our return policy and what we can do to try to make it right.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested up until work on the physical sign has started. Once your digital proof has been approved, cancellations will not be fulfilled.

Returns

After receiving your sign, you can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing info@lighthouselaserco.com. Please be sure to include the date of purchase and order number when requesting an RMA. The RMA number must be placed in a conspicuous place either on the packaging, or inside the box.

What cannot be returned:

Due to the nature of custom laser-cut products, we won’t accept return or exchanges of any product unless the product is defective, or there was an error made by our team during assembly. Lighthouse Laser is not responsible for the ordering of incorrect sizes or colors.

What can be returned:

If your item has an error or is defective as a result of Lighthouse Laser, please request an RMA by emailing info@lighthouselaserco.com within 30 days of delivery date and we’d be happy to arrange for a return or exchange of the product. Please include your order number and date of purchase in the RMA request.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase so please let us know if something’s not right and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue!
