These signs are made out of high quality 1/2 inch birch for the base and 1/4 inch birch for the logo/lettering. If you choose “Natural” for the logo color, the logo will also be made out of birch wood. 1/8″ birch may be used for smaller natural finish logo signs.

These laser cut custom wood signs are crafted using high-quality materials:

• Base: Thick and sturdy 1/2 inch birch wood for a solid foundation.
• Logo/Lettering: 1/4 inch birch or 18 inch birch depending on the chosen logo design and color. For smaller or more intricate designs, a slightly thinner 1/8 inch birch may be used.

Hanging Options:

We install the hanging hardware so your sign is ready to hang right out of the box!

• 3 Feet Wide and Over: Signs 3 feet wide and over will come with sturdy piano wire hangers for secure mounting.
• Under 3 Feet Wide: Signs 3 feet wide or narrower will have sawtooth hangers included.
• No Hardware: Prefer a clean, unadorned look? You can also choose to receive your sign without any hanging hardware.

Additional Touches:

• Clear-Coat Finish (Optional): For extra protection against the elements, consider adding a clear-coat polyurethane exterior finish. This finish may slightly darken the wood stain but will not affect painted logos or lettering.
